Holistic Treatment For ED — Let Your Man Rise Again

Your Nervous System

Your nervous system also plays a crucial role in how stress affects your body.  The holistic treatment for ED will help lessen the re-occurrence of stressful situations like an overbearing boss or significant other barking out orders can lead to poor functioning of body parts like your most trusted soldier.

While there are several divisions of your nervous system, the autonomic nervous system (ANS) is the key factor in erection power, so pay close attention here.

Your ANS plays a direct role in physical response to stress and is divided into two systems.  The first is your sympathetic nervous system (SNS); a system that directly controls your body’s fight or flight mechanism.  

The second is your parasympathetic nervous system (PNS); which is responsible for restoring, relaxing and healing.

When your SNS is activated, your body shifts all of its energy and resources toward fighting off a life threat or fleeing from an enemy.  Your adrenal glands release the hormones adrenaline and cortisol, which causes your heart to beat faster, increases respiration rate, dilates blood vessels in your arms and legs, slows down digestive processes and increases glucose levels (sugar energy) in your bloodstream to deal with the emergency.

The response happens quickly to prepare your body to respond to an emergency situation or acute stress.  But once the crisis is over, your body ceases the production of those hormones and in most cases returns to its pre-emergency, unstressed state.

Woefully, chronic stress, which triggers your SNS repetitively, can result in a serious drain on your mind and body forcing your soldier into hibernation.

What Can I Do To Get Rid Of Chronic Stress?

Since the problem of stress overstimulates your SNS, we’ll need to counteract this with more stimulation of your PNS, which will allow you to rest, relax, repair and rejuvenate your natural chemical balance, which in turn will increase blood flow to your big guy.

While there are literally hundreds if not thousands of tools, strategies, and techniques available for activating your PNS, meditation and breathwork have been clinically proven through multiple studies to be highly effective as a stress management tool.[i]

If you’re at all thinking this is an oversimplified approach to solving erection problems, I can tell you with 100% confidence, as a yoga teacher for over 12 years, people who struggle with stress the most are the ones who can’t breathe properly.
