How To Become Your Best Self With Healthier Lifestyles And Foods To Strengthen Immune System

Diets come and go while lifestyles remain!

In my initial attempts to recover my own power I, like so many others, sought out the quick solution that would somehow change everything overnight.   During this time I tried numerous diets and foods to strengthen immune system, that had been highly recommended including:

  • Ayurveda
  • Forks Over Knives
  • South Beach
  • Pritikin
  • The Zone
  • Ketogenic
  • Paleo
  • Primal
  • Atkins
  • Mediterranean
  • Plant Paradox
  • Bulletproof
  • Fat For Fuel

Some of these diets actually came with indisputable evidence, which gave me noticeable results, while some were extreme, based on pseudoscience and were simply unsustainable.

Some contained strategies based on millions of years of evolution, which created sustainable lifestyle changes and formed the backbone of this book, while others sent me back to the toilet with more gut pain or back to bed with a new virus.

After years of intense study and personal experimentation what I realized was that there is a dichotomy in nutrition that most are unaware of.  Specifically, on the one hand there are fundamentals of nutrition that affect all of us while on the other there are some unknown quantities that affect each of us uniquely and require more flexible solutions.

These realizations didn’t happen overnight.  Instead, they took over 15 years of testing and experimentation to find out what clearly does and does not work.  I’ve now taken these revelations and created a sustainable lifestyle, which has had a profound impact on thousands of people’s lives.

Most importantly, this simple, yet unique formula sealed the lining of my gut wall, ended the pain, bloating and discomfort, doubled my energy, boosted my immune system, lifted my libido and it can do the same for you!

Don’t Believe Everything You Read

I recommend you do not believe what you read just because it came from some well-known guru or doctor or even a scientific study. Instead, the real proof of success will ultimately come from the results you see and feel by testing out the principles of The Power Diet or any diet for that matter.

Be Open to Everything and Attached to Nothing

If you’re familiar with my training “The Winner’s Mindset” you may remember this last statement as a “Master Mantra,” which I use in most of my books and trainings.

Given the state of the world right now, (an unprecedented pandemic and the shutdown of worldwide commerce), it’s even more important to open up to new ways of living and let go of our old ways, which have created our present circumstances.  And if you think the superbugs and viruses like the Coronavirus are gone, think again.

Viruses and bacteria have been around for billions of years, long before our time and as you’ll learn later on from a famous battle between two adversaries (Louis Pasteur and Antoine Béchamp) the most important thing you can do has less to do with wearing a mask and hiding in your basement and more to do with boosting your natural immunity by building your power.

Of course, this relates directly to this book as when it comes time to change something you’ve been doing your whole life – like eating – you’ll need to open up to new ways and let go of your attachments to old ways if you are to be successful.

Fortunately, according to studies, having a mindset that seeks growth and new ways (AKA a growth mindset), will give you a big advantage in successfully implementing The Power Diet or any other big change as a long-term lifestyle.[i]

So get excited because this is the point where you get to jump off the bandwagon and separate yourself from the herd by letting let go of your attachments to many of the old outdated ways of the past that have not served the greatest version of you.  Right now is a massive opportunity for you to expand your physical and mental power, which will allow you to fully express yourself and live into your potential.
