this email could be the epiphany you’ve been waiting for to really catapult you past the chains that have prevented you from really succeeding, so drop what you’re doing a read this very carefully.

Before you make any resolutions to drop weight, increase your income or find more love, you may want to consider a landmark study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology which found that a majority of people who resolve to change their ways, fail to make the transformation last beyond six months, and the average person makes the same life resolution 10 times over without success.[i] 

So why do so many people have such a difficult time keeping new years resolutions or breaking through to real tangible success in their lives?

Well, what if I told you there was #1 Master Key to 10xing your bank account, boosting your health or dropping weight, bringing more love into your life, and tapping your full potential? Would you believe me?

What if I told you that all the masters of time in sports, entertainment, business, politics, science, medicine, and spirituality have come to this realization and it represents the biggest difference between those who struggle with love, money, and health and those who don’t.

You see, the problem is that most people try to make a change like making more money, losing weight, or finding more love through sheer willpower.  Unfortunately, this requires loads of effort and energy and becomes unsustainable since your willpower is overruled by guess what? (Drumroll please…)

This is that #1 Master Key, which is… Your Subconscious Beliefs.  This explains why so many people buy business courses, weight loss courses, or dating books at the beginning of the year (or any time of the year for that matter) from the best coaches in the world but give up after a short period of time. 

Basically, according to most modern-day psychologists like Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, your beliefs determine your results through a cycle which I call “The Circle of Results Model” as follows:

As you can see from the image above, your results come from your beliefs. But this gets even more interesting, as once you break down each step in the model you’ll find each one triggers the release of Neurochemicals, which include, cortisol, adrenaline, dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin.   For example:

Beliefs that you’re unworthy may cause you to think that by buying cool gadgets, nice clothes, and sweet treats you’ll feel good about yourself and you probably will (at least temporarily) since these thoughts will trigger Neurochemicals like dopamine and serotonin to reward you and make you feel good.

Beliefs that you are unlovable may cause you to think engaging in toxic relationships will make you feel better about yourself which they will (at least temporarily) since these thoughts trigger more Neurochemicals like oxytocin from great sex.

Beliefs that you’ll never be good enough may then cause you to think that working your ass off, making a lot of money, being famous, and buying a big house, or a fast car will make you feel better about yourself, which they will (at least temporarily) since these thoughts will trigger both dopamine and serotonin, which makes you feel confident once you’ve achieved something.

And if you believe you are not good looking enough this may then cause you to think that winning the race, boosting your biceps, or catching that big wave will make feel better about yourself, which they will (at least temporarily) since these thoughts trigger more Neurochemicals like adrenaline and cortisol.

Basically, until you can rewire your brain with new beliefs, these old subconscious patterns will run your life until you die, at which point you’ll more than likely have a lot of regrets. The problem is, most coaches, gurus, therapy and even psychologists simply don’t have the tools or systems to access and rewire your subconscious beliefs.
